Emplify Health’s non-profit dialysis division provides life-sustaining care across five hemodialysis units: La Crosse (main campus), Onalaska, Tomah, Viroqua, and Prairie du Chien.
At Viroqua Renal Dialysis, you’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages living with kidney disease.
What You Will Do
Work 12-hour shifts starting at 4:45 or 5:00 AM, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Provide dialysis care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease
Perform patient assessments, manage treatments, and ensure safe, effective dialysis
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes

What You Need
Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
Current RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
Preferred Skills
Critical thinking for complex patient care and treatment management
Technical expertise in dialysis machine setup and monitoring
Hands-on skills for vascular access (central lines, AV fistula/graft cannulation)
Knowledge of renal water room systems and routine water testing
Leadership ability to delegate and oversee dialysis team members
