12/31/2026113 Salem TpkeSte 4, Norwich, Connecticut, 06360-6484, United States of AmericaAs a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN), you will be providing education on peritoneal dialysis at Norwich Dialysis Center to your patients and their care partners in a clinical setting, which then allows them to dialyze from home! You have responsibility over the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their treatment stays on track.
Flexible Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule. No Weekends, No Holidays! Will be covering census in one facility; but must be flexible to support in other surrounding home facilities as needed.
Excellent Paid Training Provided! Dialysis Experience is NOT required.
Key Responsibilities:
Train patients and caregivers on peritoneal procedures and self-care on-site in a clinic setting
Manage a caseload of peritoneal patients, including assessments and care planning
Monitor treatment progress and conduct occasional home visits
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Weekends and Holidays OFF!
Flexible scheduling to manage your own caseload
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Minimum of 12 months of RN experience
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
