Where You Will Work:

West Wing is a 25 private bed Sub Acute Rehab and Medical Surgical unit. Patients generally considered for admission to this unit are those requiring general Medical Surgical skills and/or telemetry monitoring and are four (4) years of Age or older and those qualifying for Sub Acute Rehab services per Critical Access Hospital guidelines.

We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • ACLS certification preferred

What You’ll Do:

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Atrium Health Floyd Polk Medical Center is a 25-bed, critical access hospital that offers health care services to Polk County in Georgia with support from Atrium Health Floyd and Harbin Clinic health system's comprehensive network of care. 
Atrium Health Floyd Polk Medical Center provides a Level IV Trauma Center, inpatient rehabilitation, imaging, lab work and infusion therapy.
