Where You Will Work:
The Clinical Resource Unit (CRU) Nursing and Nursing support team trained to support Sherman Hospital Med/Surg Units ensuring appropriate staffing based on acuity and census. CRU staff have the opportunity work with a variety of patient populations while enjoying the benefits of strong leadership and engagement through shared governance. We are a Magnet designated hospital and our team prioritizes patient safety and Teammate wellbeing.
