Registered Nurse ( RN ) – Med Surg Float – $11,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Full-time
8-hour shifts
72 hours per pay period
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
weekends and holidays to be scheduled in accordance per CBA

What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:
Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care.
Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient’s journey.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Michigan RN license.
Prior experience in a specialty area preferred.
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.

$11,000 Sign-On Bonus Requirements: 1 year RN licensed experience required
Continuing Employment Requirements
Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff.
(Typically acquired during 1–3 months of orientation.)
Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
Demonstrate and articulate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of Trinity Health Muskegon.
