The Healthcare Clinical Specialist (RN) serves as the on‑staff clinical expert for all healthcare-related product lines and integrated clinical communication technologies. Leveraging deep clinical experience and a strong understanding of hospital workflows, this role ensures that the branch(es) delivers exceptional value to healthcare clients by aligning technology with best‑practice patient care.Key Responsibilities
Serve as company's subject‑matter expert on clinical workflows, patient care processes, and healthcare communication standards.
Evaluate current‑state hospital workflows and identify opportunities to strengthen safety, efficiency, and patient experience using Rauland solutions.
Present capabilities and clinical ROI to C‑suite hospital leaders.
Support sales in pre‑sales assessments, onsite evaluations, and executive briefings.
Develop and deliver training for nurses, educators, and clinical teams.
Lead demonstrations, go‑live support, and ongoing optimization.
Participate in system design sessions to align technology with real clinical needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement and refine healthcare solutions.
Represent company at professional events, hospital committees, and conferences.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Active RN and BSN licenses required.
MSN preferred.
5+ years of acute‑care experience (ICU, PACU, Med/Surg, Telemetry).
Experience in clinical education or professional development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze clinical workflows and recommend improvements.
NPD‑BC certification or comparable credential preferred.
Experience in hospital technology implementation or clinical informatics preferred.
Experience presenting to leadership, committees, or conferences preferred.
Physical Requirement
Regional travel to healthcare facilities required.
Flexible hours for go‑live support and training events.
Pay Range
$50.00 - $70.00 hourly DOE
