🩺 About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll deliver hospital-level care in a healing environment designed for optimal recovery. Unlike traditional post-acute settings, our patients require advanced clinical expertise, and you’ll work alongside a highly skilled interdisciplinary team to manage complex medical needs.
Hours: 3x12-hour shifts weekly | Day Shift (7a–7p) | Alternating weekends
Position Highlights:
- Average Patient Stay: 10–14 days
- Conditions Treated: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, orthopedic, and complex medical cases
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, respiratory therapy, case managers & more
- Advanced Clinical Skills: IV therapy, tracheostomy care, wound care, mobility support, and management of lines, tubes, and drains
✔️ What You’ll Need:
- RN License (State of KS)
- CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred
- 1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
- CRRN preferred
