Weeknight call-1-2 days Monday-Thursday 1600-0730
Weekend call, every 4th weekend (Fri-Sun)

Must be flexible to orientate at Aurora Grafton and/or Aurora St Lukes
Sign-On Bonus – amount based on experience within Cath Lab

Where You Will Work:
This department offers a dynamic, patient-centered work environment focused on cardiac and peripheral procedures, including STEMI and EP cases. The department has 3 procedure rooms and the team is comprised of RNs, cardiovascular technologists, cardiologists, and anesthesiologists, working collaboratively in a growing lab. The Cath lab offers an appealing choice for those seeking meaningful patient care, professional growth in a growing procedural area.
We’re Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months.
Previous RN Cath lab experience is highly desired. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of nursing; if no Cath experience, experience working in ED, ICU, or post-surgical unit.
We are looking for candidates with a genuine interest in heart/cardiac.
BSN preferred
What You’ll Do:
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
