About Cornerstone Healthcare, Inc. and The Pennant Group
We are proud to be affiliated with Cornerstone Healthcare, Inc., an organization founded in 2010 with a mission of providing “Life-Changing Service” to the patients, employees, and communities its affiliated home health, hospice, and home care agencies serve. Cornerstone’s unique operating model and commitment to exceptional results in each of the four cornerstones – clinical, financial, culture, and community – has made it a leader in the in-home care industry and caused its affiliates to be viewed as providers of choice in many communities. From an original agency based in Meridian, Idaho, Cornerstone has grown to provide care from dozens of affiliated agencies across the Western United States. Cornerstone Healthcare is an affiliate of The Pennant Group, Inc. Since it was established in 2019, Pennant has sought to establish a new level of quality care in the in-home care and assisted living industries.
We work and contract with Pennant Services, Inc. and Cornerstone Service Center, Inc., (the “Pennant Service Center”, “Cornerstone”, or “Service Center”) based in Eagle, Idaho, whose representatives you may encounter during your employment. Combined these Service Center’s seek to provide world class accounting, accounts receivable, finance, legal, clinical, compliance, risk management, HR, managed care, IT and other services to Cornerstone affiliated home health, hospice, and home care agencies. The support provided by the Cornerstone and Pennant Service Center’s allows local agency leaders and caregivers to focus squarely on providing exceptional care to their patients and communities.
The employer for this position is stated in the job posting. The Pennant Group, Inc. is a holding company of independent operating subsidiaries that provide healthcare services through home health and hospice agencies and senior living communities located throughout the US. Each of these businesses is operated by a separate, independent operating subsidiary that has its own management, employees and assets.
