RN – Wound, Ostomy & Continence Care (Outpatient Clinic)

Outpatient | Days | No Weekends

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Care to join our outpatient clinic team. This role focuses on providing specialized assessment, treatment, follow‑up, and patient education for individuals with complex wound and ostomy needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Wound, Ostomy, and Continence care primarily in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and families on treatment, self‑care, and prevention
  • Coordinate follow‑up care and support continuity across care settings
  • Serve as a clinical resource and support nursing quality initiatives

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Day shift
  • No weekends

Required qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Georgia

  • Degree in Nursing
  • 3+ years of RN experience
  • Strong patient education and clinical assessment skills

Preferred

  • WOC certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Outpatient wound or ostomy care experience
