Pay Range
$34.90 - $52.35Our Atrium Health Polk Emergency Department is a Level 4 Trauma Center, Geriatric ED Certified, Stroke Certified 16 bed ED in a rural area that serves our community with great pride.
Our nursing staff is provided BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC and CPI with opportunities to obtain additional national certifications.

Atrium Health Floyd Polk Medical Center is a 25-bed, critical access hospital that offers health care services to Polk County in Georgia with support from Atrium Health Floyd and Harbin Clinic health system's comprehensive network of care.
Atrium Health Floyd Polk Medical Center provides a Level IV Trauma Center, inpatient rehabilitation, imaging, lab work and infusion therapy.
