About the role
As a Registered Nurse in our Plastics, Vascular, and Breast Reconstruction surgical ward, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and contribute to positive outcomes in a fast-paced and rewarding clinical setting.
We are seeking committed nurses for permanent part-time positions, with flexible shift availability across a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care in line with Cabrini’s values and clinical standards
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care
Ensure patient needs, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained at all times
Support continuous quality improvement and contribute to a positive team culture
About You
You are a compassionate and dedicated nurse with a passion for surgical nursing and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
You will have:
Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
Minimum 2-3 years of acute surgical nursing experience, preferably in plastics or vascular surgery
Strong clinical skills in post-operative care, including wound and drain management
Excellent communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
A proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to positive patient outcomes
