3 West is our vibrant 20-bed General Medical Unit, dedicated to delivering high-quality acute care to patients arriving from the community and our Emergency Department.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Nurse Grade 2 looking to make a meaningful impact in General Medicine. As part of our 20-bed acute care unit, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, embraces teamwork, and is committed to clinical excellence.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Enrolled Nurse Level 2 looking to make a meaningful impact in General Medicine. As part of our 20-bed acute care unit, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, embraces teamwork, and is committed to clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team

  • Demonstrating attention to the needs of the patient and family to maintain privacy, dignity and confidentiality

About you

You will be a motivated individual with relevant experience and with flexible and positive attitude. You will have attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and respectfully within the team to deliver excellent patient care within the framework of the Cabrini Mission and Values.

You will also have:

  • Relevant nursing qualifications and Registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role

  • Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes

  • Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment

  • Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
