The Opportunity 

The Registered Nurse (RN), in alignment with the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) and the Division of Student Affairs, provides high-quality, student-centered health care that support student well-being and success.

 

Reporting to the Director of Health Services, the RN delivers a full range of clinical and outreach services, including individual patient care, prevention, and health education programming, requiring autonomous, independent, decision-making, and strong organizational skills. The RN plays a critical role in fostering a safe, healthy community, while promoting a culture of care across campus.

 

This position  contributes directly to student success and retention by addressing the physical health needs of a diverse student body, including those pursuing academically rigorous and high-performing programs in aviation, aerospace, and STEM disciplines.

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications: 

  • Associate's degree or completion of 18+ months after high school (Area of Concentration in Nursing)
  • Must have nursing license in the State of Florida
  • Basic Life Support
