About the role: 

A unique opportunity to jointhe St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba(SVPHT) as a Registered Nurse in our fast-paced Cardiac Catheterisation Lab on a casual Basis. You will bring your passion to the role where you will work collaboratively with a dynamic clinical team to support the delivery of quality patient care. 

About our hospital: 

St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 197-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Our services include medical, surgical, maternity, paediatric, emergency, cardiac and rehabilitation. We are supported by comprehensive allied health services and advanced medical and diagnostic services. Pathology, radiology and pharmacy are also available on site, and our emergency department is open 24 hours, seven days a week.

Things that work for us: 

  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse 

  • At least 12 months experience within a cardiac catheterisation lab, including vascular procedures  

  • Focus, to deliver patient centred, evidence based care 

  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to work independently of others 

  • Post graduate perioperative certificate desirable
