Position: Regionaler Real Estate Programme Governance Office (PGO) - RCP Manager (M/F)

Deutsche Services Polska Sp. z o.o., belonging to Deutsche Bank Group, operates in Poland since the year 2012, and presently is looking for candidates for a Contract Performance Specialist/Manager position, within  the DB Global Real Estate group (“GRE”). The primary objective of this global Group is to manage the real estate portfolio of Deutsche Bank, inclusive of procurement, operations, and strategic planning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for maintenance, continuous improvement, and assurance of annual Rolling Capital Planning (RCP) globally.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for RCP related queries.

  • Deliver the annual RCP and ensure endorsed projects are set up in Governance Workflow tool dbClarity

  • Derive the Annual Capital Target (ACT) both globally and regionally, and report monthly on the RCP progress in that regard

  • Oversee Global Project Oversight Meetings (GPOMs) and respective SharePoint systems to ensure data and documentation requirements from Project Governance are complete and of a high quality

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders like Finance and regional project teams

  • Review the regionally delivered defined reporting with a focus on quality and accuracy

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Min. 5 year experience in Project Governance Assurance

  • In depth understanding of Real Estate / Construction Project delivery and processes

  • Very good communication skills and relationship management, very good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written. Ability to be clear, concise, and focused, being able to tailor the message for the audience.

  • Proficiency in Polish (spoken and written)

  • Ability to diagnose improvement areas across processes, tools, and systems.

  • Stakeholder Management: Develops, promotes and maintains strong, productive working relationships within the GRE Service Delivery Platform.
