As the Regional Vice President – Tacoma, WA, you’ll own the operational, financial, and people performance of a dynamic, multi‑clinic region, translating enterprise strategy into consistent, high‑quality execution at the clinic level.
In this highly visible leadership role, you’ll inspire and guide a talented regional team while overseeing workflows, strengthening operational excellence, and delivering on key financial objectives. You’ll be a hands‑on partner in the business—optimizing processes, solving complex challenges, and using data‑driven insights to achieve measurable results, all while championing ethical and sustainable practices.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000/year
Estimated pay ranges listed above are based on several factors including but not limited to your pay class, experience, background and geographic location of the clinic.
