The Regional Vice President is a senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and is accountable for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement across Ontario and specifically in our Lender and Lawyer customer segments. The incumbent will execute the regional strategy to grow lender and Lawyer relationships, expand distribution channels, and strengthen market share within our lender customer segment.

The role prioritizes operational execution, overseeing sales performance, channel management, customer retention, and cross-functional alignment to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. The Regional Vice President will lead high-performing sales and account management teams, and partner closely with operations, product and marketing teams to ensure scalable, profitable growth for FCT.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Execute on our  regional distribution strategy aligned with enterprise objectives. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within the lender customer segment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional sales and distribution teams to achieve performance targets. Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience, service delivery, and product alignment.
  • Build and maintain relationships our lender and lawyer clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the business. Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and partnership models to expand reach.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services, lending, title/settlement services, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success leading regional sales or distribution teams with revenue accountability.
  • Strong leadership presence with proven ability to influence senior lender stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable growth plans.
  • Deep understanding of lender customer needs, distribution models, and market dynamics.
  • Strong financial acumen and performance management expertise.

 

 

Total Direct Compensation:

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
