The Regional Vice President (RVP), is designed to help drive sales growth of Delaware Life annuity products and services; drive key strategic sales initiatives and collaborate with the Delaware Life National Sales Consulting team to develop and deliver field plans and activities contributing to sales growth. The role responsibilities also include effective and efficient management of the territory to deliver profitable product sales. Actively engage in the use of data and technology to mine opportunities for focused growth. Build annual plans and review quarterly. This role will report to the Division Sales Manager of Delaware Life Marketing and will be responsible for achieving defined sales goals.
Territory:
This position is focused on development of sales and business relationships in the established territory of Western Florida. The individual in this role is required to reside in the territory to which they are assigned.

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The total compensation for this position ranges from $125,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $300,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
