Role summary:
The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Regional Talent Acquisition, C&B & HRIS Manager (Asia), in driving and executing the company’s talent acquisition and talent management strategies, support on compensation and benefits survey data collection, market survey and trend analysis. Candidates with HR Generalist background, experienced in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HRIS will be added plus.
Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:
A. Talent Acquisition:
- Responsible to support the implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies to attract-high quality candidates.
- Responsible to monitor and ensure the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes are in place and adhere by all respective Country Human Resources. Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and various recruiting channels.
- Able to build talent market mapping for key and critical positions in Asia.
- Build and maintain top notch agencies for niche positions hiring.
- Responsible to provide guidance on talent acquisitions best practices and ensure smooth collaborations with Country Human Resources.
- Able to conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in talent acquisition.
- Be an expert in applicant tracking and sourcing tools like Workday and LinkedIn.
- Able to compile and understand Talent Acquisition KPIs for Asia, including candidate experience metrics (onboarding and offboarding), recruitment efficiencies, sourcing channel effectiveness, FTE management and etc.
- Be an expert to provide support and advice to Country Human Resources on different initiatives such as campus recruitment, employer branding, process improvement, inclusive hiring skills training etc. Participate in projects as assigned by superior.
B. Others –HRIS, Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in compiling market survey submissions for Asia.
- Assist to ensure compensation data are accurately updated in Workday by all Clusters.
- Support in data preparation and conduct internal analysis for input in compensation strategy to maintain competitiveness during offering stage.
- Monitor open job requisitions recruitment activities in Workday and provide advice to Country Human Resources on long overdue open job requisitions.
- Able to provide guidance and briefing to HR on Workday on Recruitment Modules. Respond to periodic and ad-hoc requests including reports. Ensure data integrity at all times.

Skills & Experience – Essential
- Recognized Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in HR analytics (ie: Headcounts, time to fill and cost per hire metrics, C&B data analysis)
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Talent Acquisition:-
- Minimum of 5 years of international recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in campus recruitment preferred.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of employer branding principles and strategies as well as passion to discover and implement alternative/new ways to attract talent using technology.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive recruiting landscape and work effectively under pressure.
- Meticulous, excellent attention to details and analytical capability.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, compensation structures and benefits administration
Other Requirements:
Education: Languages: Fluent in English, Mandarin will be added plus
Other: Travelling required and may varies, within Asia countries including Melaka, Subang Jaya.
