Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Regional Street Sales Manager. This sales leadership opportunity is within our industry leading Institutional division, which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the Cleaning and Sanitation industries. In this role, you will lead a team of 12–14 high‑performing Street Sales Development Managers to drive competitive gain business by developing strategic sales plans, prospecting, and closing new business. You will partner closely with in‑market Field Sales teams to grow and retain Street Agreement business through established street initiatives and protocols. You will be accountable for driving new street gain, delivering pricing results, leading Retain and Grow initiatives for street business, and executing National Street Initiatives at the local market level.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $119,400.00 - $179,000.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
