REGIONAL SR MANAGER

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Regional Sr Manager, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of a classified customer. You will play a crucial role in managing a group of teams that provide on site support across a classified customer’s global enterprise.
● Lead/Manage/Support the On Site Support Operations Managers and regional supervisors as they direct on site technicians on desired outcomes.
● Collaborate with your peers on other CCC teams as well as customer peers to ensure enterprise wide capabilities..
● Drive outcomes as described in the PWS as well as customer and company led meetings and briefs.
●Utilize necessary tools and talents to deliver desired outcomes. This includes customer related tools like Service Now and Tableau, or individual tools and skills.
● IT experience installing and troubleshooting end user hardware to include workstations, phones, printers and related peripherals.
● Previous CONUS/OCONUS travel in support of IC agency customer preferred
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: knowledge of end user support I can he
● Security clearance level: Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility, eligibility to Special Access Programs, and willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph
● US citizenship required Yes
● Role requirements: Travel (Domestic and International) 10-25%
