Supervise, train, and mentor a team of security officers within the assigned region, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Develop, implement, and enforce regional security protocols, emergency response plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses of company facilities and operations within the region.
Investigate security incidents, breaches, and suspicious activities, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
Liaise with local law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other relevant external stakeholders to ensure effective security coordination.
Manage and maintain regional security equipment, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.
Monitor security trends and threats within the region, adapting security strategies as necessary to mitigate risks.
Prepare and present regular reports on regional security performance, incidents, and initiatives to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, laws, and company policies.
Coordinate and conduct security awareness training for employees within the region.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Law, Statistics, Agriculture, Plantation or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Fresh Graduated or with more than 3 years of professional experience in palm oil plantation operations are preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis and security auditing is considered an added advantage.
Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
Strong understanding of security technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct thorough investigations and prepare comprehensive reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages relevant to the region is highly advantageous.
