Regional SCM Analyst (1 year Contract)

Position Summary

The Regional SCM Analyst is responsible for supporting Supply Chain Management functions across regional subsidiaries by providing structured performance monitoring, operational issue analysis, and continuous improvement support. This role plays a key part in enhancing regional SCM visibility and operational discipline through the preparation of management reports on key performance indicators, identification of supply chain risks and inefficiencies, and coordination of follow-up actions with local and regional stakeholders. The incumbent will also contribute to SCM-related projects, ad hoc business initiatives, and capability-building programs, while driving process efficiency through the application of AI-enabled approaches and data-driven analysis. The overall objective of this role is to strengthen supply chain execution, standardization, and operational effectiveness across the region.

Role and Responsibilities

  • ·Prepare periodic management reports on key SCM KPIs, operational risks, and the progress of ongoing SCM initiatives across regional subsidiaries

  • Drive SCM work efficiency and process optimization by leveraging AI-based tools and data-driven approaches to improve reporting, analysis, and execution effectiveness

  • ·Monitor system and operational data  to identify issues in supply planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting, including supply shortages, aging inventory, and forecast inaccuracy

  • ·Conduct analysis of operational gaps and collaborate with local teams to define, implement, and track corrective and continuous improvement actions

  • Collaborate with HQ and regional subsidiaries on SCM-related projects, including system implementation, process enhancement, operational standardization, and customer collaboration initiatives

  • Support ad hoc SCM-related assignments and business requests in response to evolving operational and management priorities

  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to strengthen subsidiaries’ capabilities in SCM processes, systems, and best practices, while serving as a regional SCM knowledge partner

  • Support effective engagement with Korean-speaking stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2–3 years in supply chain management or a related function
  • ·Prior experience in SCM consulting, supply chain transformation, or SCM solution / system implementation would be a strong advantage
  • ·Solid experience in data analysis, operational performance monitoring, and management reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate data into clear and actionable business insights
  • Familiarity with database systems, ERP platforms, or supply chain planning tools is preferred
  •   Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify operational issues and recommend practical improvement measures
  •   Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in presenting analysis, insights, and recommendations to management
  • ·  Prior experience in training delivery, workshop facilitation, or capability-building initiatives would be an advantage
  • ·  Exposure to AI-based tools or digital solutions for business process improvement would be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Korean communication is preferred to support effective engagement with Korean-speaking stakeholders
