The Regional Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Individual Insurance sales team by ensuring the smooth execution of sales initiatives and administrative functions. This opportunity allows you to contribute directly to the success of our sales strategy through coordination, reporting, and event planning. You’ll gain exposure to various facets of the insurance business, develop expertise in sales tools and technologies, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. This role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth, learning, and occasional travel.
Position Responsibilities:
Budget & Expense Management: Review and track regional expense submissions, ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, and process vendor invoices.
Meetings and Small Events: Plan and execute advisor-facing and internal events, manage logistics, invitations, catering, CE credits, and post-event surveys.
Marketing and Sales Reporting Support: Distribute marketing materials, run reports using Salesforce and Power BI, analyze data, and support national initiatives.
General Administrative Support: Manage calendars, travel arrangements, onboarding/offboarding, distribution lists, and mail/courier needs.
Sales Tools & Technology Enablement: Become a subject matter expert on new tools and ensure the sales team is trained and comfortable using them.
Required Qualifications:
Post-secondary education required
Experience in life insurance business and product knowledge is an asset
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power BI), Salesforce.com, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
Bilingualism (English/Mandarin) required for supporting the Asian Markets Team
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support
Experience planning and executing corporate events
Familiarity with CE credit processes and advisor engagement
Strong analytical and reporting skills using Salesforce and Power BI
Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities

Salary range is expected to be between
