Regional Sales Representative

The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand the company's business in Angola. This includes identifying and pursuing new opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals. The Regional Sales Representative in Business Expansion also plays a key role in building and maintaining the company's brand reputation in Angola.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Implement the sales strategy to expand the company's business in Angola

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and growth potential.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on identified opportunities.

  • Track and measure the results of sales strategies and make adjustments as needed.

Identify and pursue new opportunities in the Angolan market

  • Identify potential new customers through market research, networking, and referrals.

  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest in the company's products or services.

  • Schedule meetings with qualified leads to learn more about their needs and present the company's solutions.

Develop relationships with key decision-makers at Angolan businesses

  • Identify key decision-makers at target businesses.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers through regular communication, meetings, and events.

  • Build trust and rapport with key decision-makers by demonstrating expertise and providing value-added services.

Close deals and negotiate contracts with Angolan businesses

  • Negotiate and close deals with Angolan businesses in line with the company's sales goals and objectives.

  • Develop and deliver sales presentations that highlight the value of the company's products or services and address the customer's needs.

  • Handle objections and negotiate contracts effectively.

Build and maintain the company's brand reputation in Angola.

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and perception in Angola.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company's brand.

  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback to ensure a positive customer experience.

Track and report on sales performance.

  • Collect and track sales data.

  • Generate and present sales reports to management.

  • Identify and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

             

Key Competencies and Experience

Minimum Educational Requirements and Work Experience:

  • English & Portuguese speaking

  • This entry-level undergraduate degree from a recognized and accredited university.

  • Successful track record as a Sales Representative for at least one year. Sales experience from a busy FMCG company

  • Valid driving licence
