Shape the Way Outdoor Spaces Come to Life Through Light
At Landscape Forms, we don’t just sell lighting, we influence how spaces feel, function, and connect people. We’re looking for someone who understands lighting not just as a product, but as a design language and is ready to step into a role where relationships, expertise, and influence drive real impact.

You’ll partner closely with our Business Development Representatives and internal teams to guide lighting decisions across a wide network, from landscape architects and multidisciplinary studios to lighting designers and electrical engineers. Your work will help shape specifications, influence projects early, and ensure Landscape Forms is part of the conversation where it matters most.
At its core, this is about earning trust with clients, partners, and within the industry.
What You Can Expect
- Support, stability, and the opportunity to grow within a design-driven, collaborative environment.
- A competitive benefits package including, but not limited to, insurance benefits (available your first day), 401(k), family and parenting leaves, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, quarterly bonuses, and paid time off.
- A home-based office with significant regional travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry engagement
- A collaborative, team-selling environment where success is shared
- A culture grounded in our Scanlon principles and OnTrac criteria, where contribution, accountability, and continuous improvement matter
