This position is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding distribution channels across the Southeastern United States in alignment with Topcon’s current product portfolio. The role maintains strong relationships with existing dealers while identifying, onboarding, and developing new distribution partners across the full portfolio.

This is a regional sales role requiring the ability to effectively manage dealer relationships, align expectations, and provide consultative support. The incumbent must maintain a strong working knowledge of Topcon products, applications, and best field practices. Responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic regional sales plan to meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets, while continuously strengthening the dealer network to drive market penetration and sales performance.

CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Develop, manage, and expand new and existing dealer relationships within the Construction and Geo-Positioning market.
  • Provide sales support and assist dealers in delivering product and technology training on Topcon solutions.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new dealer opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with dealers to demonstrate Topcon products and solutions to end users and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and supporting documentation.
  • Represent Topcon at trade shows, industry events, and dealer meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support business objectives.
  • Travel up to 50% within the assigned region.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
  • Two to five (2–5) years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in a dealer, channel, or technology-driven sales environment.

  • Highly personable, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based customer and dealer relationships.
  • Exceptionally organized, capable of managing a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Sales-driven, with a strong background in consultative or channel-based sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, preferably within construction technology, positioning, or related solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively demonstrate products and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer and dealer needs effectively.
