About the Role

This position will have a critical impact on achieving our 2026 business objectives and driving organizational transformation. The role is responsible for building and developing a new formed team—providing leadership, coaching, and talent development—and for rapidly formulating and executing actionable plans for key business priorities in 2026. By doing so, the manager will directly support 2026 new sales and renewal targets and advance our regional strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision-makers and influencers within assigned customer accounts. This may include major strategic accounts within a specific geographic or industry focus.

  • Sales Opportunity Management: Identify, develop, and successfully close new sales opportunities. This includes understanding customer needs and aligning them with the organization's product/service offerings.

  • Demand Creation: Elevate the profile of the organization’s products and services to generate demand among customers, thereby increasing revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Revenue Achievement: Meet or exceed revenue targets by boosting revenue spend per account through strategic account management and targeted initiatives.

  • Strategic Meetings: Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with senior management of customer entities to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.

  • Team Leadership: As a leader, manage team performance by setting clear directions, deploying resources effectively, and conducting performance evaluations. Lead and inspire the team to achieve collective goals.

  • Departmental Planning: Adapt departmental plans and priorities to efficiently tackle resource and operational challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Address strategic issues impacting not just the team but the broader organization, relying on extensive knowledge of related disciplines.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Possess a university degree in Science, Healthcare, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical content to a diverse range of audiences effectively.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven capability in people management, including performance reviews, compensation decisions, recruitment, and disciplinary actions.

  • Technical Expertise: Hold broad technical knowledge and expertise within the relevant industry, contributing to informed strategic decision-making.

  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the company’s operations, industry dynamics, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills guided by organizational policies, procedures, and business plans with the ability to think strategically and address complex challenges.
