The Regional Sales Manager leads the strategic development and execution of sales, marketing, and business growth initiatives for a newly established regional imaging market. Responsible for building the regional commercial strategy from the ground up, including market research, sales planning, and marketing program development. Drives referral growth through strong physician engagement and partnership development.
Collaborates closely with executive leadership to identify expansion opportunities, introduce new revenue-generating products and services, and strengthen relationships with local health systems and healthcare stakeholders. Designs and implements cross-functional operational processes and standard operating procedures to support sustainable regional growth while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
A caregiver in this position works days, 8:30am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Initiate and perform market research by stratifying the data to determine how to successfully penetrate the newly created independent Region for imaging.
Create and develop the sales, marketing and business development strategies, competitive analysis, talking points, responses to FAQs and overall market positioning for imaging.
In collaboration with Imaging Director and local Cleveland Clinic executive management, determine where and how CC Imaging should grow additional services and locations across the Region and potentially beyond.
Identify and develop Imaging opportunities for new products and services not currently in the portfolio which will drive new, inorganic revenue for the Region and Imaging.
Drive strategic relationships with local health system executives, determine the appropriate professional associations to join, conferences to attend, etc. and positions at Cleveland Clinic effectively within these respective consortiums.
The resource will design and implement cross-functional standard operating procedures for sales, operations, IT, and management including building required monthly management reports, meeting process/cadence and communication.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Healthcare Administration or equivalent
7 years of experience in sales and marketing in healthcare or services organization
In-depth knowledge of marketing, sales and business development tactics and strategies
Well-developed problem solving, negotiation, communication and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Working in both a large-enterprise services organization and in a "start-up" or "product-launch" company/environment
Physical Requirements:
Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time.
Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Requires normal or corrected vision and hearing.
