Now, we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across East Region. If you thrive on building strong customer relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and leading high-performing teams, this role is for you. 

 

What You’ll Do 

🔹 Lead & Grow – Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. 

🔹 Own Results – Take full accountability for achieving sales goals in your region through effective team leadership and active engagement with customers.  

🔹 Coach & Empower – Mentor and support a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of success. 

🔹 Monitor & Optimize – Review and track sales performance regularly, refining strategies as needed to meet targets.  

🔹 Manage Resources – Oversee budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient allocation and financial discipline.  

🔹 Build Relationships – Strengthen partnerships with distributors and key customers, ensuring Dormer Pramet remains a trusted industry leader. 

🔹 Drive Business Development – Identify new opportunities, implement targeted sales initiatives, and introduce innovative solutions to customers. 

🔹 Stay Ahead – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maximize impact. 

🔹 Represent & Engage – Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities. 

 

What You Bring 

Experience: 5+ years in sales within the metalworking industry, with leadership or management experience. 

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of metal removal manufacturing and distribution. 

Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze data, set objectives, and implement impactful sales strategies. 

People Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage sales teams effectively. 

Customer Focus: A relationship-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and CRM tools. 

 

✈️ Travel required up to 50%. 

 

📍 Location: preferably Mid-Atlantic subregion, but flexible within the region and near a major airport.
