About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an Away from Home Regional Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Türkiye. You’ll be working in a high-performing team and be reporting to the Away from Home Distributor Operations Sales Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders, driving the Key Account plans and utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to implement the division and channel strategy.
In brief, you will be responsible for
The Distributor/Customer management, executing the sales plan for each account to deliver the targeted results (sales volume and revenue; profit; distribution; customer satisfaction)
Review weekly/monthly Distributor performance and highlight opportunities and risks
Lead the portfolio expansion strategy and manage new product launches
Support all market activation plans to maximize brand performance within the AFH Channel.
Identify market potential to establish New Accounts in the AFH channel and build a new customer pipeline
Closely monitor and follow up on all customer invoices (activity, price-discount-quantity differences)
What you bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
5+ years of experience in Sales or related commercial functions
Away from Home Key Accounts experience is preferable
Track record in delivering targets
Ability to motivate and develop people
A high degree of practice in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
A good command of English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
This position will be based on Ankara.
