The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our team across Queensland and Western Australia. In this role, you will be empowered to take ownership of a high‑impact region, guiding and motivating your team through an evolving clinical landscape that has ample opportunity for growth. While providing strong, steady leadership, you’ll remain hands‑on and close to the field, partnering closely with clinicians and supporting procedures in theatre when necessary. With ~10–15% of your time spent in clinical settings, you’ll stay connected to clinicians, patients, and the outcomes that truly matter.
Core Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate and inspire a culture of teamwork and high performance
Work cohesively with multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service
Achieve commercial objectives by building differentiated clinician partnerships that generate competitive marketshare gain
Demonstrate a passion for execution excellence, particularly relating to salesforce effectiveness (SFE), business development plans, coaching, and the establishment of a regular feedback loop
Lead and work collaboratively cross-functionally to disrupt the status quo within NMD, generating measurable improvement in commercial performance and BU culture
Assume ownership for optimizing discretionary spend
Uncover opportunities to improve our overall operating model, including proactive management of regional inventory
Attend company sales meetings and customer events as required
Ensure maintenance of company property/assets
Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in biomedical / engineering / medical science / human movement or related field essential
Proven leadership capability
Develop and use effective strategies to influence others or to gain their support
Ensure an accurate understanding and act in a way that facilitates open exchange of ideas and information
Understand the agendas and perspectives of others; able to recognise and effectively balance the interests and needs of one’s own group with those of the broader organisation
Effectively identify, plan, and co-ordinate the resources (people, material, information, time) required to accomplish your goals
Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suites ie Word, Excel & Powerpoint
