For our Swiss entity based in Basel, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager Switzerland (100%) for our pharma care division, to start immediately or by agreement.
Your mission:
Based in Switzerland you will be responsible for the commercial success, management and coaching of a sales force team of 9 persons across the whole territory. You will drive regional targets from the company's objectives and manage success using appropriate KPIs. Our clients are mainly professionals in the healthcare sector. The products portfolio includes 4 x pharmaceutical products. As part of the 2026 objectives you will also be responsible of launching a new product, which includes the communication and training of the sales team and customers.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales for the region DACH based in Germany.
