Job Description

As the Regional Sales Engagement Program Manager for the EMEA region, you are the communications expert working for and with our regional president and important partners across the region. As you connect the work happening in region to the Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) broader strategy, you will have the opportunity to work with anyone and everyone – from business leaders to employees in every location around the world to drive meaningful, positive change.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be our communications expert on the Global Sales & Marketing Engagement team and report to the Engagement Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader, to ensure we are shaping our global employees' experience.
  • You will be a creator high-quality content, across all internal digital channels.
  • You will be an important voice for employee engagement, our priorities and communications strategy to best support for our employees.
  • This is an individual contributor role.

This role crafts and distributes clear, consistent information across all channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering employee engagement and voice of the leader. We ask that you have a blend of skills to translate complex messages into clear, compelling content.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Degree in mass communications, journalism, marketing, human resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in communications, human resources, marketing, research design, business administration, or related field.
  • Superior content creation skills are critical and foundational to the role.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Prior experience in content measurement and survey work.
  • Project Management experience.
