Regional Sales Enablement Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Enablement Manager for EUR Region with strong analytical skills, solid understanding of Financial and People data, great stakeholder management and communication skills to drive change management.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Enablement Lead, the Regional Sales Enablement Manager will drive standards and governance on Variable Sales Compensation schemes across Areas, contribute to improving related processes, and coach teams with tools and frameworks to ensure we reinforce sales behaviors and KPIs.

You will work collaboratively also with the Enablement function and the Performance function in the Region to ensure rewards are closely linked to business performance, and with Centre functions to improve the efficacy of our variable compensation schemes and related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor incentive plan (SIP) effectiveness and identify improvement Areas

• Support roll-out of Target setting and sales incentive processes from CEN and cascading across the Region.

• Support Sales Channel reviews, portfolio design (including TAA updates), and equitable target assignment as pertains to compensation process inputs

• Contribute to SIP enhancements to drive desired sales behaviors

• Ensure impacted stakeholders have sound understanding of Variable Compensation Schemes and how to leverage them to drive intentional growth

• Act as a subject matter expert in Variable Compensation Schemes and related processes
