该岗位在公司政策和要求下,根据区域特点制定全国RTM策略在区域内的推进策略及执行计划,优化区域资源分配、降低监管风险,建立一个具有弹性、面向未来的分销基础设施,推动区域业务在广阔及下沉市场的健康增长。

主要工作职责:

区域RTM战略制定:根据全国RTM战略,结合区域具体特点,制定区域RTM策略以符合业务需求。 区域销售生产力分析:评估区域销售团队效率、经销商表现和O2O覆盖率,以识别差距,提高拜访效果,并优化跨渠道的资源分配。 数字化与B2B创新:根据公司的安排试点数字工具和B2B模式,以提高门店拜访效率、完美门店率。 T3及以下城市扩展:根据公司的RTM策略,根据区域未开发的低线市场制定相关区域战略,推动公司的增长加速计划在区域的完成。 指导公司年度重点项目与区域签约经销商的实施。 指导开发和管理区域内的经销商,提升经销商关键绩效指标的管理能力,如进货、出货和库存;帮助经销商合法合规地拓展业务,提高其运营水平。 直线经理安排的其他相关工作。

任职条件:

  • 医药、市场营销或其他相关领域的本科及以上学历
  • 在医药或消费品行业有超过10年的销售经验,包括大客户管理和渠道管理
  • 熟悉本公司及其他公司的产品和市场状况,以及相关政策和法规
  • 掌握商业渠道销售的工作流程和运营特点,并具备一定的供应链管理知识
  • 精通区域管理、资源分配和大客户管理,包括相关知识、经验和技能
  • 良好的沟通及团队合作能力
  • 良好的逻辑思维和市场分析能力
  • 良好的英语听说读写能力
  • 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
