1) RTM 区域规划制定: 按照公司分销目标要求和政策, 制定大区的 RTM 体系的规划, 分解目标和资源 2) RTM 政策的参与制定: 和大区经理及管理层一起, 回顾 RTM 政策的有效性, 参与年 度的 RTM 政策制定。 3) 督促和协助大区内的 RTM 各项任务的落地实际执行, 追踪回顾执行结果, 及时辅导 和督促大区内的执行落地 4) 协助小区经理管理大区内的主要(金牌) 经销商, 辅导参与主要(金牌)经销商的联 合生意计划。 5) 审批和控制, 按照流程和政策, 对于经销体系的新开和关闭等, 做好审核把关工作 6) 推动 SFA/DDI 等经销商和门店管理系统的使用, 完善经销和门店管理的数据准确度及 时性。 7) 培训大区内的各级销售岗位的分销拓展和经销商管理的能力建设。 8) 对于大区内的整体 RTM 相关费用投入, 包括各项返利, 套餐等做好规划和费用把控。 9) 信息收集, 对于行业的相关 RTM 信息建立信息收集, 及时反馈各项市场信息 10) 其他大区经理和总部的 RTM 交办的相关工作事项
