Responsibilities and Impact:

As a Regional People Advisor, you will directly influence employee engagement, manager capability, compliance outcomes, and day-to-day People operations. You will collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, Analytics, and external consultants to deliver People solutions that align global priorities with local realities. Your work will shape employee experiences, ensure consistent application of People practices, and provide leaders with the insights and guidance needed to support their teams effectively.

Advisory Responsibilities (~60%)

  • People & Policy Guidance: Provide support on regional employment laws, benefits, leave requirements, and compliance expectations.

  • Manager Support: Advise managers on performance management, feedback, employee relations, and People best practices.

  • Employee Relations: Handle Tier 1/Tier 2 ER matters, conducting documentation, investigations, and early interventions where appropriate.

  • Talent & Development Support: Identify local development needs and assist COEs in deploying appropriate learning initiatives.

  • People Initiative Support: Contribute local insights to global People initiatives, adapting delivery to meet regional needs.

  • Workforce Insights: Partner with People Analytics to interpret regional data trends and support forecasting and planning.

  • Engagement & Culture: Support regional engagement activities and help reinforce a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Operational Execution — 40%

  • Employee Lifecycle Coordination: Manage onboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, and separation processes.

  • Leave Administration: Administer statutory and company leave programs, ensuring compliance and timely communication.

  • Benefits Support: Partner with benefits teams to resolve regional benefits queries and support enrollment processes.

  • Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with Global Payroll to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and issue resolution.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, ensure statutory compliance, and support audit and reporting needs.

  • Process & Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, technology, and AI-enabled tools.

  • Knowledge & Policy Management: Maintain regional policies, procedures, and knowledge articles in alignment with Shared Services and COEs.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience with a strong generalist or advisory foundation.

  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance.

  • Experience supporting performance management cycles, coaching leaders, and navigating ER matters.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.

  • Ability to interpret People data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical actions.

  • Demonstrated capability to resolve complex, sensitive People issues with sound judgment.

  • Cultural fluency and ability to tailor People practices to meet local expectations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Business fluency in English and the required local language(s) for the region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with employment laws in multiple countries within the region.

  • Familiarity with works council processes and regulatory environments (where applicable).

  • Experience in HR operations, service delivery, or Shared Services environments.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
