Your Team, Your Impact

Regional Payroll Manager will oversees end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliant, timely, and accurate salary payments, tax withholdings, and benefits administration. Manage vendor relationships, enforce regional compliance, and drive process automation to improve efficiency.

What You Can Expect

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to act as a business partner to HR and Finance teams. 

1.Work with payroll vendors on payroll processing (monthly and off-cycle) and payroll accounting.

2.Work with HR partners on payroll inputs and reports.
3.Prepare and upload payroll journal entries including accrual journals.
4.Perform monthly analysis and reconcile payroll related balance sheet accounts.
6.Work with GL accountant on the month-end & quarter-end close process.
7.Ability to research and understand the prevailing wage rules in the various jurisdictions and states.
8.Develop, improve and document payroll & payroll accounting best practices and processes
9.Maintain appropriate records and follow up on employee receivable balances

10.Ensure appropriate payroll deductions for employee benefits, taxes, etc.
11.Involve and support payroll Audit.
12.Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
13.Be sensitive to payroll deadlines and ensure timely payroll submission. 

14.Other ad hoc projects/assignment
 

What We're Looking For

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or HR

2. At least >5+ years of regional general accounting experience with an emphasis on payroll processing and payroll accounting within an organization of >500+ employees.
3. Must be extremely thorough and accurate.
4. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
5. Competency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
6. Works with highly confidential material.
7. Experience in liaising and working with outsource vendor
