The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.In this role, you will focus on supporting the strategies and plans from the Latin America and Canada Regional offices that drive the company’s technology agenda and align it with company standards and best practices.
Responsibilities include collaborating with leaders and strategic partners to ensure the execution; support the goals and policies of the company across the region; reviewing project plans, roadmaps, and other reporting; building awareness and adoption of strategic priorities, monitor key projects and portfolio KPI's; report risks, remediation actions and escalate issues.
• Provide project management and implementation support to key enterprise IT initiatives spanning all Regional Offices in the Latin America & Canada. Bridge the communications gaps among different stakeholders across the region.
• Coordinate Latin America & Canada offices in the process of annual systems investment planning.
• Oversight adherence to the project management framework for Latin America & Canada, adapting the framework accordingly to MUFG standards/policies/procedures changes.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience within a large, highly-matrixed organization with recent work related to standards and governance.
Approx. 2+ years in Business analysis/IT Project Management role, and experience with Waterfall/Agile.
Ability to lead related parties with different interests to reasonable consensus.
Experience with managing/coordinating/controlling/assisting system/application implementation with multiple teams distributed in different countries.
Experience with project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
Solid Interpersonal skills to build relationships, and partnerships across various departments, groups and teams
Self -directed thinker who is flexible, adaptable, and able to effectively navigate fast paced, changing environments.
Problem solving oriented, Client Centric/People Focused
Advanced - MS Project, Excel (Macro experience)
Proficient - MS Word, Power point
Spanish or Portuguese language is required
The typical base pay range for this role is between $112k-$139k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
