Regional Marketing Manager

We are inviting you — a highly driven, creative, and results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager — to join our team on a full-time basis and lead our strategic expansion across Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies tailored to the LATAM market, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial goals.
  • Create comprehensive 360° marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform data-driven planning and decision-making.

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

  • Lead SMM campaigns and develop PR and influencer marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Collaborate closely with global marketing, compliance, and business development teams to ensure effective and compliant campaign execution.

  • Oversee the implementation of GTM strategies for new traffic sources and product launches.

  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare analytical reports, and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.

  • Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

  • Represent marketing activities for the LATAM region cross-functionally, acting as the main point of contact and strategic advisor.


Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Proven experience developing and executing GTM strategies for LATAM markets.

  • Strong expertise in SMM, PR, and influencer marketing to drive engagement and brand awareness.

  • Hands-on experience with paid traffic management (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and/or SEO.

  • Demonstrated success in launching and promoting new products.

  • Proficiency in web and app analytics (traffic analysis, performance reporting, optimization).

  • Experience managing marketing budgets ranging from $20,000 to $100,000 per month.

  • Familiarity with task management and reporting systems.

Languages

  • Native Spanish

  • Conversational English (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • High sense of ownership, independence, and accountability.

  • Structured and organized approach to campaign planning and execution.


Nice to Have
