Team mission

We’re hiring a Regional Manager to lead our Account Management organization across the United States and Canada, one of GetYourGuide’s most strategic and complex regions. You will own regional growth, elevate partner performance, and develop the operating system that enables us to scale in North America. This role combines commercial leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration at a high level of autonomy and strategic influence.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth. Inform target-setting and steer the team to achieve ambitious goals, build the annual plan, and ensure strong execution through disciplined operating mechanisms.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Account Management team. Attract and grow top talent; establish a disciplined operating rhythm that equips AMs to run high-quality supplier engagements, refine opportunity strategy, maintain pipeline rigor, forecast reliably, and execute deals effectively.
  • Drive growth across strategic accounts by developing AM’s in Key Account Management fundamentals — annual business planning, complex negotiations, multi-threaded influence, and exec-level supplier engagements
  • Improve Supply health and performance at scale. Leverage your team to operate with high velocity, applying tools and data to execute the sales playbook with consistency. Use data and insights to improve our playbooks and accelerate sales performance.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment. Partner with Acquisition Sales, Biz Ops, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to advance regional priorities, solve operational challenges, and deliver scalable improvements.
  • Shape how we win in North America. Bring competitive insights, market patterns, and supplier feedback into global prioritization and product decisions.
