Position Summary
Responsible for the oversight and management of multiple outpatient departments. Responsible for a wide range of administrative functions, including clinic operations, marketing, finance, employee relations, and information systems. Will need to travel to the various clinics on a regular basis.Essential Functions
Supports daily operations, in conjunction with clinic managers, across multiple outpatient clinics to ensure efficiency and
consistency in service delivery.
Develops and implements processes to enhance clinical performance and improve patient care outcomes.
Collaborates with clinic managers to provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and professional development.
Interprets and integrates organizational policies into clinic workflows to ensure seamless administrative and clinical
operations.
Requirements
Master’s degree in nursing required.
Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement.
Five (5) years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Five (5) years of ambulatory clinical experience.
Consideration may be made for internal candidates who do not meet all of the above requirements.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $154,939.20 - $213,969.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
