About the Role:

A. Pitch Stage Design Support

  • Study and review RFP/client briefs.
  • Conduct base build surveys and case study/industry benchmarking.
  • Prepare test fit plans and concept ideation for pitch presentations.
  • Deliver presentations with strong client engagement for design salability.
  • Proficiency in presentation software preferred.

B. Design Stage

  • Develop designs including material boards and data sheets.
  • Track design event schedules and coordinate services.
  • Manage client approvals and maintain client relationships.
  • Review and check drawings and detailing.

C. Construction Stage

  • Conduct onsite design reviews and coordination.
  • Prepare onsite quality audit reports.
No formal supervisory responsibilities; may provide guidance and coordination support to design teams.

About You:

  • BE or Diploma in Civil / MEP / Interior designing
  • Project Management Professional 15 Years & above of relevant experience in Interior Fit outs with Leading IPC & should have for Retail or Commercial or F&B Industry
  • Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred.
  • Communication: Strong communication and customer alignment skills; ability to present effectively to internal teams and large groups
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve advanced problems and manage complex situations
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
  • Ability to prepare proposals and solutions for prospective customers.
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
