Regional Manager - Cardiovascular Ultrasound East

Job Description Summary

The Regional Manager – East for Cardiovascular Ultrasound will lead the end-to-end business strategy and execution across East India and Bangladesh. As the regional product leader, this role is responsible for driving market development, achieving order and revenue targets, and building a sustainable growth pipeline.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Business Ownership & Growth :

• Own and deliver regional order and revenue targets for the Cardiovascular Ultrasound portfolio

• Drive quarterly and annual business planning aligned with overall organizational strategy

• Build a strong opportunity funnel and ensure conversion through structured reviews

2. Strategic Planning & Market Development

• Develop and execute region-specific strategies to expand market share across segments

• Identify growth opportunities in new and competitive accounts and drive breakthrough wins

• Ensure balanced growth across premium and value portfolio

3. KOL Engagement & Clinical Leadership

• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across the region

• Drive clinical advocacy, reference site development, and thought leadership initiatives

• Enable scientific engagements, workshops, and CMEs to strengthen brand positioning

4. Capability Building

• Coach and upskill sales teams and channel partners on product knowledge and clinical value

• Drive adoption of best practices across the region

5. Pipeline & Performance Management

• Drive rigorous funnel management, forecasting accuracy, and business reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate Degree required - Engineering or equivalent preferred

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Ultrasound Business

• Good Experience in Strategic Planning & Market Development, Business Ownership & Growth, KOL Engagement & Clinical Leadership

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders across levels
