We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our team's ongoing success in the ACT & Riverina region (NSW). The region includes multiple stores in the ACT, Riverina and surrounding areas. The area is an inspiring region for a leader who enjoys being part of thriving communities, while driving operational excellence across multiple locations.
Ideally the successful candidate for this role will be Canberra based.
About the role:
Reporting to the General Manager of Store Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the performance, culture and capability of our stores across The ACT and surrounding regions.
As Regional Manager, you will drive consistent execution across the region by owning and aligning site priorities, operate strategically to drive the division’s vision and broader business agenda, and ensure operational excellence is delivered at every level. You’ll lead, coach and influence a team of Site Managers, fostering a strong, high-performing team culture while supporting their growth and capability development.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, guiding teams through change, influencing business decision-making and delivering exceptional customer, safety and commercial outcomes.
