Job Summary
The Regional Lead Clinician provides leadership and direction for PPGP’s advanced practice clinicians and takes an active role in the administration, clinical practice, and development of clinical oversight and quality assurance. The Regional Lead Clinician dually reports to the Associate Medical Director and Health Center Manager. The incumbent will require regular travel to PPGP’s Health Centers in a particular state and may include occasional travel through PPGP’s four-state region. The Regional Lead Clinician provides training to new clinicians and performs assessments of other clinicians for support, oversight, and compliance purposes. Must have or be able to obtain valid license to practice in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma and a willingness to be in collaborative practice with supervising physicians.
