What this role is all about

As a Regional Finance Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting finance operations across our regional teams. You will be responsible for managing payment processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring seamless collaboration between various internal and external stakeholders. Joining our dynamic Finance team, you will help drive operational excellence and contribute to Infobip’s ongoing growth through detailed analysis, effective administration, and cross-departmental support.

What you’ll do

  • Manage payment processes as required, collaborating closely with Payment Factory and SSC teams.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within your area of responsibility.

  • Support senior team members with reconciliation of various financial information.

  • Facilitate smooth communication with other internal departments & external business process outsourcing institutions, as well as other parties as directed.

  • Complete ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Proficient in managing reconciliations and supporting continuous process improvements.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.

  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable taking on diverse administrative responsibilities.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
