SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Jotun South East Asia & Pacific (SEAP) Regional Office is looking for Regional FES Manager (SEAP) who responsible to improve the regional market position and profitability of Marine and Protective Coatings within the Customer Group by providing all technical specifications of Steelmaster and Jotachar products to the Jotun sales network, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance. Ensure that Jotun has a competent, engaged and enabled salesforce by providing fire engineering competence, methods, and guidelines in order to support regional Performance Coatings strategy, as well as achieving local, regional and global targets.Job Responsibilities
Organize and manage all SteelMaster & Jotachar projects in the SEAP region, supporting sales in technical discussion to respond to customer needs and to position Jotun as preferred supplier.
Ensuring that project schedules follow the project specifications including following the regulatory requirements.
Support regional sales in winning large and high value projects through specific competence on structural engineering and through direct customer interaction and implementing optimization techniques.
Train regional/local sales organization on sales tools including fire engineering principles.
Collect market insight and manage data from the region and assist in analysis by sales, marketing and R&D.
Manage software licenses and training towards external users in the region.
To achieve localization of FES to regional and local units, broadening local development as an independent unit achieving local and regional targets.
Contribute to the global Fire engineering service teams efforts in finding new ways and means to upgrade the value-added services provided by the team.
